Last Monday evening I went to a talk by REZA at London's Frontline Club in Paddington. REZA was introducing his new book 'REZA War and Peace', and giving some stories about the photographs included, as well as his incredible amount of humanitarian work in Afghanistan.
REZA has worked tirelessly to bring unknown issues to light, and raise the profile of injustice all over the world. He has now established the AINA foundation - www.ainaphoto.org
to help Afghan photojournalists into the industry, and promote a free media.
A truly inspirational man, who has experienced a lot personally and professionally.
